Backlog.md Serve v0.1.1

First public release of the BacklogMD dev server — a local development server that renders your
.backlogmd/ directory as a kanban board.

Features

Kanban board UI — React 19 + Tailwind CSS 4 app, bundled as a single HTML file (via
vite-plugin-singlefile)
Live reload — watches .backlogmd/ for .md file changes and pushes updates to the browser via
Server-Sent Events (SSE), with 300ms debounce
JSON API — serves parsed backlog at /api/backlog.json
Zero config — defaults to .backlogmd/ in the current directory, port 3000, localhost
