v0.6.0

licenseid 0.6.0 adds licenseid.resolve() to turn a declared licence into an SPDX expression and list the steps taken. match now reads loose IDs such as Apache2 and GPLv3, and refuses input it cannot answer safely.

Run licenseid update once after upgrading.
