AutoCoder-UI - 0.0.2.0-Alpha

Changed enough at this point to warrant a version revision, as all basic features now work, making the app technically feature complete.

It can autogen with openai or any openai compatible model, and streaming chat with a currently hardcoded local model address.

You can enter your prompt into the input box, or create a prompt.md file for longer prompts.

Next step, adding some interactivity to the autogen mode.

Forgot to recompile the bloody thing!

The previous version works fine, this one has some minor UI improvements mostly.

Also imported polly to control the http timeout for the openai.chatgpt api, it does not expose those hooks, unlike the custom one, so yet another dependency added.

The output window now stores your raw chatlog. If something goes wrong, you can copy and paste that chat, minus the system prompt and final end tag and assistant tag, and pick up where you left off even after a (Non-critical)crash, loss of connection, etc.

Compiled for your convenience.

This build is targeted at local hosted models. I recommend LM Studio on windows, Text-generation-webui for all other platforms.

I will be releasing a version that is hardcoded to chatgpt, once I work out the bugs in calling the api from the settings file.

The application requires write access to its directory to create files, so it installs in non-roaming local appdata for now.

You can install it in program files, but it needs to be run as administrator if you do so. This will change in the future when I re-do the file creation bits to allow for an output folder to be specified.

Basically, at the moment, this works as a GUI version of smol-ai-dotnet, as well as a streaming chat client for local models.

It's hacked together and runs on moonshine and caffeine pills, but it works!

Requites .net 8.0 runtime (I know, but 8.0 REALLY improved threading and asynchronous operation. The software simply isn't viable without these new features, at least not in c#.)
