In v1.0.0, @tsconfig/strictest was wrongly included as a devDependency instead of a dependency, which meant that it wasn't installed for consumers of this package. This caused the following error when trying to typecheck with tsc:

node_modules/@baltpeter/tsconfig/tsconfig.json:4:16 - error TS6053: File '@tsconfig/strictest/tsconfig.json' not found.

This release fixes that error.
