Fixes (Bad Request / context isolation)

• Bad Request fixed: size is validated and normalized to WIDTHxHEIGHT before hitting the API - values like 1024*1024, 1024 X 1024, or garbage no longer trigger HTTP 400.
• Bad Request fixed:
  is strictly validated (integer, 1-4); �/non-integer/5 return a clear error instead of a 400.
• Context isolation: base64 image data returned by the API is only used to save files to disk and is never written into the tool output / model context. Only local file path and optional remote URL are returned.
• Tool description warns the model not to embed image bytes/base64 into the reply.

Note

opencode MCP request timeout defaults to 5000ms; set "timeout": 360000 for this server (already done in the installed config).
