this project does not have a cpanfile, so I used Dist::Zilla to install the dependencies.

Thanks, but I don't want a Dist::Zilla test runner if it isn't necessary. I only see value in these actions if I don't have to wait 10 minutes for the results. Dist::Zilla adds over a minute to each action, and all of those extra dependencies are installed without testing. It increases the chance of stuff going south and alarming me for no reason.

I will be moving dependency lists to cpanfiles and copying over CI from Types::ULID to my other modules where I see fit. No need to worry about my repositories anymore in terms of CI - you can use this time to help others.
