Do not use. This image cannot run: it was built with unreadable file permissions (keyholder, API and Caddy cannot read their files; no network). Fixed by #1681; use vault-v1.0.1.

Key vault 1.0.0: the first release.

Built with --network static:89.126.250.9/24,89.126.250.1 (1984 VPS #1 has no DHCP).
Check: build apps/vault/image/build.sh with the custodian keys in vault-release.json, --version 1.0.0 and that --network, and compare image.json.
