Beast language server 0.2.2 targets the Beast/Octane 0.12.1 toolchain.

The attached npm tarball is ready for manual publishing after beast-tsrx@0.12.1.

• Use Octane 0.12.1 virtual code, depend on beast-tsrx@^0.12.1, and include
  the explicit @tsrx/oxc@0.20.0 compiler peer. Compiler diagnostics include
  source-located scope exits, textarea children, and Strong-mode errors.

Fixed

• Hide generated helper names in auto-import completions as well as local
  completions after Octane added internal exports.
