v0.3.0

This release adds ID-aware section editing and a more consistent builder UI.

  • Edit detected section IDs in pages and components, with creation offered only for missing sections and stale-source protection on save.
  • Keep builder coordinates across reloads with localStorage and viewport-safe dragging.
  • Use taller create/edit panels, consistent height transitions, and a shared sliding hover indicator across all content tabs.
  • Bundle OKX and BMR fonts inside the standalone client.
  • Complete the client BTSX migration, with shared views and clean browser subscription lifecycles.
  • Run browser checks against an isolated fixture instead of modifying the editable playground.

Supports Vite, Rspack, and Rsbuild development servers. Requires Node.js 22.22.2 or newer.

Validation: typecheck, production build, 62 project/API/bundler tests, 82 browser tests, package inspection, and an isolated installation of the attached tarball.

The tarball is ready for manual npm publication. To publish the exact verified package and deprecate older versions afterward, download the release assets and run:

bash ./publish-0.3.0.sh

To install this release before npm publication:

bun add -d https://github.com/beastjs/page-builder/releases/download/v0.3.0/beastjs-page-builder-0.3.0.tgz

Older npm versions 0.0.0-stage, 0.1.0, and 0.2.0 are being deprecated in favor of this release. Deprecation adds an installation warning and does not remove existing packages.
