Update focused on issues and balance fixes

Issues and Balance Fixes

• Backrooms Fix
  • You will no longer be teleported to the backrooms unless you experience fatal damage.
• Stamina buff
  • increased stamina regeneration to 50%+ (previously 30%)
  • The penalty for carrying weight has been reduced by 50%.
• Shy Guy Nerf
  • Slightly lower spawn chance.
  • Now, it moves a bit slower.
  • He can no longer spawn outside the facilities.

New Content

Optimization

• Disabled lamps and apparatus on the ship to improve FPS.
