That's everything and inline Refactor now request guaranteed structured JSON from Claude Opus (Anthropic json_schema output_format when the model supports it, otherwise a forced tool call). Invalid model JSON retries once, then shows a friendly error. Hosted web/API only; Electron shell unchanged.
