Polished /repo and /inflight to design-system controls: SVG close and
chevron back affordances, secondary buttons use --radius-button and
--shadow-button, focus states use --focus-ring, panels stay flat (no
elevation shadow), and product-layer motion is removed from the writing
foot, labs drawer, and in-flight rows. Playwright visual regression
locks desktop 1440x900 and iPhone 390x844 harness screens in CI.
Hosted web and API only; Electron shell unchanged.
