Document English question images and bank rebuild
English questions are now served as crops of the College Board PDF
(extract_english.py), with Standard English Conventions skills restored,
the SAT/PSAT 10 bank swap fixed, and a startup data migration. Also documents
.dockerignore and the pre-deploy backup/rehearsal steps.

Rebuild wiki: teacher guides + technical reference
Replaces the obsolete pre-fork pages (Code, Spreadsheet-Integration,
Google-Cloud-Services — all described the old Google-Sheets version) with a
full two-part wiki:
For Teachers (non-technical): Quick Start, Managing Classes & Rosters, Daily
Practice & Assignments, How Grading Works (with worked examples covering
absences, enrollment proration, and section meeting exceptions), Work-Based
Learning Guide, Importing Micro-Credentials, The DobbsCore Extension
(install + every button).
Technical: Architecture, Database Schema, API Reference, SAT Question Pipeline,
Grading Algorithms, Extension Integration, Deployment & Auth, WBL Internals.
Plus _Sidebar.md for navigation. Home rewritten as the landing page.
