Because of a bug in the msp protocol the scripts will hang on "downloading board info" for 4.2 versions earlier than 4.2.11 and this has caused a lot of confusion.
I think it's best to remove gyro/pid rate for 4.2 to at least make everything else work and so that users don't have to have multiple versions of the scripts installed.
