• aep.project/5: a Git-native planning store (store: { git: {} }). Each artifact file under .engineering/planning/ is the authority, written as aep.planning-md/3; a move appends one line to the artifact's transitions list, and each evidence record is one file under .engineering/evidence/<kind>/<name>/. There is no journal, no event log and no projection: a move writes one file. validate checks that each artifact's transitions are continuous, end in its status and, for moves made in this layout, follow its lifecycle. Design: docs/design/git-native-planning-store-v0.1.md.

• Opening a Markdown or Git-native plan is linear in its size: a command applies to the live in-memory store under an undo record instead of copying the whole store first. On this repository's 333 artifacts, new went from 2.1 s to 0.05 s of CPU.
• The planning validate workflow builds aep from the checked-out tree when it runs in this repository, and cargo xtask release finds a release's test_result in evidence files.

Removed

• Event-log stores. A project whose project.yaml says aep.project/2, /3 or /4 is refused by every planning verb: "this store is an event-log store (aep.project/N); AEP no longer reads it — migrate it with cargo install --git https://github.com/beyond10x/aep --rev 9c0f1da44429ff935fa0b2d743457945d51e1c51 aep-cli then aep plan store migrate git --verify". That build's migrate git turns the store into an aep.project/5 one: recorded moves become transitions marked imported, recorded evidence becomes evidence files, and --verify compares every artifact with what the old store answered. This repository's own store is migrated.
• Every aep plan store verb (inspect, migrate, verify, rebuild, writer-control, init-tree, export, install-hooks), aep plan artifact resolve, aep plan artifact render, aep plan artifact validate --against, --command-identity, the served move's command_identity and mutation fields, and conformance --backend eventlog. Each operated on an event-log store.
• The planning-migration, projection, ownership, verification, inspection, mutation and raw-capture schemas under schemas/generated/.
• AEP no longer depends on entity-eventlog or any eventlog-* crate; the aep-backend-eventlog and aep-planning-migration crates are gone, and cargo xtask deps refuses a lockfile that holds an event-log crate.

Fixed

• A command verifies a pinned Git protocol snapshot once instead of once per resolution. One list re-read and re-hashed every file of the snapshot about three times; it now opens half as many snapshot files. A failed verification is still repeated on every attempt.
