• aep plan store migrate git [--engineering <dir>] [--dry-run | --verify] for aep.project/1 Markdown stores, and for a planning directory with no project.yaml given --protocols and --profile: journalled moves become each artifact's imported transitions, journalled evidence becomes one file per record under .engineering/evidence/, documents become aep.planning-md/3, and project.yaml becomes aep.project/5 with planning_scope set to the repository directory's name. The journal is removed. It refuses a dirty .engineering and any document that disagrees with its journal, writing nothing.
• Every aep plan command that opens an aep.project/1 store, or a planning directory with no project.yaml inside a Git repository, prints one line to stderr naming that migration. Stdout and exit codes are unchanged; AEP_NO_UPGRADE_NOTICE=1 hides it. aep doctor reports such a store as warn with the same command.
