aep plan artifact evidence --from <report> --suite <suite> and --suite-input admit every coverage-bearing ESS suite version current ESS writes — ess-conformance/5, /7, /9 … /33 — not only /5, and a report/2 suite.version may name any of them. The suite is bound by its sha256-json-bytes/1 digest; above /5 AEP reads its provenance, scenario keys and coverage block and leaves scenario bodies to ESS, comparing a selected child's bodies with its parent's exactly. An ordinary major (/6, /8 …) or one newer than /33 refuses with UnsupportedSuiteVersion naming the version. Suite/1–4 are read as before.
Coverage evidence reads scenario ids and refusal codes in the grammar current ESS writes: <view>/aggregate and <binding>/binding/final-failure ids, generated refusals ESS-SYNTH-015–017 and the authored refusal ESS-AUTHOR-037 (which current ESS also writes in suite/5). A form or code in a suite older than the major ESS introduced it with refuses with UnsupportedVocabulary, as ESS does. The count reader keeps the suite/1–4 id grammar.
