aep plan artifact evidence --suite admits the scenario_initial_state and synthesis_seeds provenance members and authored refusals ESS-AUTHOR-038–041 that ESS 0.55.0 writes. Either member is refused as UnsupportedVocabulary in a suite older than the major that introduced it, and a synthesis_seeds record ESS refuses on its own terms (an unknown source or selection, unsorted selections, an application naming an authored scenario, a malformed name) is refused.

aep plan artifact evidence --suite admits every coverage suite ESS 0.55.0 writes (ess-conformance/35 through /45; ESS 0.55.0 writes every fresh suite at /34 or above, so all of them were refused). Scenario keys in the forms ESS 0.55.0 reads are admitted: command and view grants (<command>/grant/denied, <command>/grant/admitted/<actor>, <view>/grant/read/denied, <view>/grant/read/admitted/<actor>), one-time disclosure cells, <binding>/binding/refusal/<outcome> and the condition-false and condition-absent binding aspects; they were refused as MalformedScenarioId. Each later form is refused as UnsupportedVocabulary, naming the form and the major, in a suite older than the major that introduced it, the transcribed suite/5 included.
aep govern resolve, evaluate and explain given --task inside a project load the project's configured protocols source and its artifact manifest, instead of reading the working directory as the document tree. A project with an external or pinned protocol source no longer refuses unknown_protocol. --root still names the tree, --artifacts still replaces the manifest, and outside any project --task still resolves against ..
aep plan store migrate git --verify compares every migrated evidence record with the one the old store answered, field by field, in the order the Git-native store answers them, duplicates included. Before, it compared only how many records of each kind there were, so a changed reference, source, actor, time or review outcome passed. A difference names the artifact, the record's position, its evidence file and the differing fields, and a lost record is named at its own position. Title, body and transition differences are named the same way; no difference prints a reference, source, actor, title or body. Per-kind counts are still reported.
