• aep plan artifact relate, new --relate and unrelate write and take back an edge to another declared workspace member's artifact (<member>/<kind>:<name>), the edge validate and aep plan workspace crossings already read. relate refused one as "an edge to nothing" and new --relate as an invalid locator. A target naming a member the workspace does not declare is refused naming workspace.yaml; a target naming this store's own member is this store's artifact and is refused when the store does not hold it. When the other member is checked out, a target it does not hold, or an edge closing a cycle through it, is refused; a member nobody checked out is admitted, as crossings reads it. In a SQLite or Postgres plan the crossing is kept once across reopening.
