aep plan store migrate git and aep plan reverse init take --planning-scope <name>, the planning_scope to write. It is held to the same rule as the project file's key, and both commands print which source the written scope came from.
Fixed
aep plan store migrate git and aep plan reverse init run in a linked worktree wrote the worktree's directory name as planning_scope. The scope is now, in order, --planning-scope, the origin remote's last path segment without .git, the primary checkout's directory name, and, outside Git, the directory holding .engineering/. A Git repository with none of these (no origin and a common directory not named .git, as in a bare repository's worktree) is refused, naming --planning-scope. The origin URL is the one git remote get-url origin answers (the first URL, insteadOf applied), read without inherited variables that redirect the repository or its configuration; a URL with no path segment, or one ending in . or .., is refused.
aep plan store migrate git --engineering .engineering (a relative directory with no parent component) failed with "cannot make an empty path absolute"; the directory is made absolute before its parent is taken.
A planning_scope refusal names the rule as "a non-whitespace character", as it is checked (Unicode whitespace), instead of "a non-whitespace byte".
