• Every kind: llm step of an aep.driver-steps/1 map carries judgement:, one line saying what the step decides that no command could. A map with an llm step without one is refused at load with missing_declaration at driver-steps[<map>].states.<state>.steps[<index>].judgement (a blank one with empty_declaration), and the published driver-steps schema requires the key. Both shipped maps under drivers/development/ declare it on all six of their llm steps.
• The published driver-steps schema refuses the blank, empty or zero values the loader refuses: a whitespace-only judgement, prompt, context entry, scope path, depends_on or evidence record, an empty run or scope paths list, and a visit_budget or circuit_breaker of 0. A whitespace-only run is still refused only at load.

Added

• aep drive run, aep drive resume and aep drive status print llm steps <declared> declared, <run> run: how many llm steps the run's map declares and how many attempts the run has made at them, retries and resumes included. The run's cursor and its report carry both counts; a cursor written by an earlier build prints them as unknown.
