• ESS skills follow 0.59.0: ess:testing-conformance shows an authored act stating its caller
  under caller: (ess-scenario/5), the refusals ESS-AUTHOR-013 to -015, and the unsupported
  reason that names a caller attribute nothing supplied; ess:specifying says a when_subject:
  guard on a field no view publishes now gets its scenarios, observed only through the declared
  views, where it was refused with ESS-SYNTH-001; ess:upgrade names the suites that gain
  scenarios or change bytes. The tutorials and fixtures require ESS 0.59.0.
• The ESS tutorial says that every command answer, a refusal included, carries the current
  revision as its consistency token, and that an optional field with no value is Node::Null in a
  view row; a trial agent lost 14 scenarios to the two gaps.
• The eval workflow runs ESS 0.59.0.
