• b10x reads a local pin file, ~/.config/b10x/pins.toml ($XDG_CONFIG_HOME/b10x/pins.toml
  when set, or the file $B10X_PINS names by absolute path), to hold a CLI back on one machine in every directory.
  Its [pins] table takes x.y.z or x.y, as a string or as { version, reason }; b10x.toml
  accepts the same table form. A local pin wins over a repository pin for the same CLI.
• b10x check says a CLI at its local pin is held back, with the reason, instead of inviting
  /b10x:upgrade, and says when the installed version differs from the pin. A local pin file that
  does not parse is one warning line; b10x init, b10x upgrade, b10x setup plan and
  b10x install refuse it.
• b10x upgrade skips a locally pinned CLI and its finding names the pin and its reason.
• The b10x:upgrade and b10x:init skills, SETUP.md and the install page document the local pin.
• Track AEP 0.73.0, ESS 0.60.0 and Connectors v0.51.0 after agentplugins-check tools;
  Worktree 0.18.2 and Metaharness 0.9.3 are still the newest. b10x upgrade now offers them.
  AEP 0.72.0 to 0.73.0 change driver step maps and drive runs, which no skill writes or quotes.
• aep:planning: evidence --kind task_spend --from <file> records what a task spent (AEP 0.73.0).
• ESS skills follow 0.60.0: ess/25 (create-or-update selected by when_subject:, trimmed:
  text guards, per-row events, before_row: external refusals, a view's absent: row), a
  read-only command's unknown_instance:, newtype literals checked against their type,
  ess-http/1 request encoding and per-outcome answers, ess-composition/4 roles, ess-diff/19,
  mutation reports /6 and the explorers' refused field; a runnable devices.yaml example,
  checked by agentplugins-check tools.
• The tutorials, the trial fixtures and the eval workflow run ESS 0.60.0.
• Connectors skill: Slack's bot selection adds chat.update and chat.delete with named refusals
  (v0.51.0), the move off the credential-only slack adapter, approvals clock-check's
  clock_refusal, and connectors-catalog-provider in the release archives.
