• Connectors skills: the approval clock is a quorum of Roughtime sources (roughtime-quorum/1)
  and the single-source table is refused from v0.52.0; a Slack read answered "ok": false is a
  named refusal; the confluence-v1 provider, Slack user-token history reads and the new
  Kubernetes reads are listed with their configuration-revision consequences.
• The eval workflow runs Connectors v0.52.0.
