• aep:implementing and aep:wave: waves are derived once, up front, from the accepted stories by aep plan artifact waves --status <accepted>, and run in the plan's order; the coordinator takes the plan's next wave, adds no story to it and never accepts one
• A pre-existing finding becomes one draft story in the backlog, tagged from-finding and linked to its review result; the coordinator never proposes or accepts it, and once the operator accepts it, it waits for the plan derived after every planned wave is delivered. An introduced finding, or one the unit's acceptance needs, goes back to the implementor; the adversary, security-reviewer and adversary-panel procedures, the wave close and the eval case follow
• The governed-plan tutorial, the golden path and the aep plugin page describe planned waves and the backlog
• Track ESS 0.83.0: the ESS skills, the ESS tutorial set and the ESS plugin page describe ess/33 examples, provided entities and summaries, the new ess-http/1 keys, ess-scenario/6 member paths, conformance suites /60 to /63 and the new ess generate types options; the tutorial moves to ess/33
• Every reference moves to the release agentplugins-check tools verified (AEP 0.79.0, ESS 0.83.0, Worktree 0.19.0, Metaharness 0.26.2, Connectors v0.65.0). The aep-tutorial trial did not finish for this release (one run timed out at 2400 s, one was stopped) and ess-full-package and ess-retrofit were not run; aep-backlog, ess-tutorial and ess-new passed against the baseline, and ess-pipeline scored a jq-filtered validate as invalid though its specification validates
• Track AEP 0.79.0: aep:planning names AEP_FETCH_TIMEOUT_SECS, AEP_CACHE_GROUP_WRITABLE and evidence against suite majors ess-conformance/58 and /59, with later majors refused by name; the planning protocols pin moves to 0.79.0
• Track Connectors v0.65.0: connectors invoke <connector>[/<instance>] <operation> replaces operations invoke and the removed service commands, with --describe, --fields, --each and declared page walks; agentplugins-check reads a contract's hidden_tty flag
• Track Metaharness 0.26.2; the eval workflow runs it with AEP 0.77.0, the revision it still links, ESS 0.83.0, Connectors v0.65.0 and Worktree 0.19.0
• The website builds with Docs System 0.14.1
