Docs System 0.11.1

Fixes four shared-theme defects from the product docs-site review and gives the ESS contract viewer room to read the model.
Consumers move their pin to this tag's commit and rebuild; no content or config change is required.

Fixed

• Links inside admonitions take the site's link colour in both themes.
• Status badges render at 12 px (were 9.9 px); code in table header cells renders at 12 px and keeps its case (was 9.6 px, uppercase).
• A code block with a line wider than the block shows an edge shadow on the scrolled-out side.
• A doc page with no table of contents takes the full row instead of leaving a quarter empty.
• The ESS contract viewer leaves 802, 642 and 652 px of text at 1440, 1280 and 1024 px windows (was 453, 333 and 141 px). Its contract list stacks when the viewer is narrower than 44rem, is at most 15rem wide and stays in view while the page scrolls.
