Changed
entity-eventlog: a recorded append, a binding and a singular import now hand their blobs to the provider together with their guarded group, as the batch import already did. On the SQLite and File providers a write refused by the destination guard — a record identity or a binding another writer took first — no longer leaves its blobs bound, and a committed write costs one durability barrier instead of one more per blob. A provider without that method (PostgreSQL) still uploads each blob first and then appends, with the same refusals and receipts as before. A refused append's blobs no longer count against the handle's read bound.
