• entity-eventlog, and the Eventlog features of entity-cli, entity-sqlite and entity-postgres, depend on Eventlog's 0.8.1 tag instead of 0.8.0. With the file provider, appends and reads inside the retained window no longer slow down as the store grows. An open handle now keeps the store's committed journal in memory: about its size on disk after open, up to about twice that before it is compacted. No API or on-disk format changes.
