Fixed
entity-eventlog: a recorded batch now costs time linear in its members. Every member of a batch was checked against the whole batch again as it was written, so twice the members cost about four times as long (a 128-member batch about 1.3 s instead of 0.17 s in a release build). The same checks still run; a batch is decoded once per batch instead of once per member. Record bytes, digests and projection rows are unchanged. This holds on SQLite stores; the File and PostgreSQL providers still verify the whole batch blob on each member's read, so a large batch there still grows faster than its member count.
