Changed
task checkrunsconsumer-checkonly whenCONSUMER_CHECKS=true; it used to run it unless
SKIP_CONSUMER_CHECKS=true. Feature-preservation accounting is parked: its consumers are this
repository's own profiles, and at 0.31.0 it needed about 7,680 per-cell judgement decisions. It
comes back when an external adopter pins a releasedess/Nand a change reaches them that
conformance, ess verify diffor a format refusal did not catch.task consumer-checkitself
is unchanged.
Fixed
-
The wall-clock ratio test in
literal_representation_adversary_pass3and the Firefox browser
binaries run with their CI shard to themselves; a neighbouring test on the same runner made
them fail on changes that did not touch them. -
The
README.mdthatess verify conform synthesize --target gowrites wires the package into
package yourservice_testimportingexample.com/yourservice/essconform, and says both stand
for the adopter's own module. It namedacd_testandexample.com/acd, a project unrelated to
the synthesized system. -
Generated files spell the grouped commands the CLI help and the agent skills use: the Go and
TypeScript conformance packages (README.mdand source headers) sayess verify conform synthesizeandaep plan artifact evidence, the TypeScript headers name--target typescript
rather than the nonexistent--target ts, a synthesized clap binary saysess specify validate,
and the Kubernetes projection'sSUMMARY.mdsaysess generate project kubernetes. Three
refusal hints follow:ess specify realization generate, ess generate release bundleand
ess generate output recover. The flat spellings still run. -
ess verify conform synthesize --target ir,ess verify conform authorand
ess verify conform selectcreate the missing parent directories of their--outfile, as the
directory targets already did;synthesize --out missing/suite.jsonfailed with
No such file or directory. An existing ancestor that is a symlink or not a directory is still
refused, and the destination file now passes the same checks as other named outputs. -
ess specify validatereports a declaration refused by its own checks once. A reference to it
is no longer refused again as a reference to something undeclared: one bad payload source in a
command gave four refusals, three of them saying the command did not exist (an actor'smay, a
component'saccepts, andmissing_causationfor the transition only that commandmoves:).
This holds for refused entities, commands, events, errors and components, wherever an actor,
component, command outcome, binding or topology names them. A name nobody declared is still
refused, and diagnostic codes and wording are unchanged.
