ess verify diff classifies an outcome's error payload sources (ess/19 payload: keyed by the
error a refusal reports) instead of reporting one system/<name>/unclassified-changed
(#253). Declaring sources on an outcome is command/<command>/outcome-error-payload-added/<outcome>, dropping them is outcome-error-payload-removed and replacing them is outcome-error-payload-changed: one change
per outcome, each side one <Error>.<field> <- <source> line per determined field, related changed as the event payload's outcome-payload-changed is.
ess verify diff also classifies an outcome's accepts: nothing (ess/15), returns: (ess/17)
and caller-decided refusal (ess/16) moving, as outcome-accepts-nothing-changed, outcome-returns-changed and outcome-decided-by-caller-changed, {outcome, before, after}
booleans related changed as outcome-refuses-changed is. Each fell to unclassified-changed before.
The new kinds need ess-diff/12 (released in 0.46.1; ess-diff/11 shipped in 0.42.0); writers
and readers of /3 to /11 refuse them with unsupported_format_version. A delta without one of
them keeps its format and bytes. A test now fails when a compiled outcome writes a key the diff
neither compares nor deliberately leaves to the residual.
