Fixed
Synthesis: an aggregate view whose creating command has a when_related guard is witnessed
instead of refused with ESS-SYNTH-017. Each row's related row is arranged, shared by rows given
one value of the guard's input; every input a guard predicate compares with that row's owner
link names an arranged owner; and a group key read from a related row's owner link holds one
owner per value (#272).
