Mandate 0.7.1
Wave 6: the specification on the newest ESS format, and the planning tooling on the newest AEP.
No handler changes its answer; the OpenAPI projections change only their digests.
Changed
- Specification format
ess/24.systems/mandatedeclaresformat: ess/24in place of
ess/4, andgenerated/is regenerated under ESS 0.59.0. The synthesized conformance suite goes
from 201 to 181 scenarios: the 20<Entity>/state/<State>/refuses/<Command>scenarios that no
view could observe are no longer emitted (ESS-SYNTH-001); none of them passed. Each is named in
docs/plans/2026-10-13-wave-6-execution.md(story:unknown-instance-refusals). - Unknown identities stay undisclosed. The 15 commands that act on an existing record keep
answering an identity no record carries exactly like a record the caller may not see. Their
synthesized scenarios, which expect a separate outcome, stay failing on
story:unknown-instance-non-disclosinguntil ESS can declare the case with an existing refusal. - AEP 0.71.2.
cargo xtask checkand CI requireaep0.71.2 in place of 0.69.1
(story:aep-repin-0-71). - Composite-key uniqueness decided. The external-principal, audience and exchange-source keys
are held by the command-path refusals and fold conflict views that already ship; capability
ceilings enter only throughSupersedeAgentCapabilityCeiling. The delegation and workload
elements are mapped tostory:agent-securityinstead of deferred. Atomic enforcement in storage
waits on persistence.
