This release supersedes 0.5.9, 0.5.10 and 0.5.11. Tags exist only up to 0.5.9 and GitHub
Releases only up to 0.5.8, so the changes in those three sections below are first published here.

• Build on ESS 0.31.0, Entity Runtime 0.23.0 and Eventlog 0.4.0, each pinned to its release so
  one entity-core and one eventlog-core resolve across the SDK and the ESS lowerer. Persisted
  service-runtime-ir/4 documents name Entity Runtime 0.23.0 as their accepted target.
• Treat numerically equal JSON values alike in /4 intent digests, retries and query or
  projection selectors, so 12.5 and 12.50 are one intent under serde_json's arbitrary
  precision.
• Add strict opt-in service-definition/4, runtime IR, realization plan, and generated service
  support that delegates domain decisions and replay to Entity Runtime while retaining SDK
  authentication, queries, durable Eventlog recovery, projections, and declared effects. Historical
  retries return their original receipt after later subject changes, while an authenticated repair
  route redelivers failed post-commit projections and durable effects from recorded authority.
• Stop service generation when ESS returns a checked target failure, refusal, weakening, or
  unexpected target, preserving the original diagnostic before any generated output is written.
  Valid output is unchanged.
