Lot v1.1.1

Fixed

• Entries written on one page now appear one after another, not all at once.
• The screens no longer scroll under the status bar.
• A fork ignores taps for a moment after it appears, so a quick second tap on "Turn the page" can't pick its first door.
• A life that has moved to town no longer gets lines and forks about fields, harvests, cattle or rent: lines about a new flat or a factory hostel mark the life as a town life.
• A father no longer shares his child's name.
• The demo writes its notebook answers in the app's language.
