3.11.3 - Offline flavor, Tablet layout fix

✨ New Features

• New Offline build with no internet permission and no in-app update checks.
• GitHub, F-Droid, and Offline builds can be directly shared to ObtainX for update tracking.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• GitHub builds no longer download the F-Droid APK when checking for updates.
• Prevent two-panel layout from appearing on phone portrait mode.
• Fixed cases where Display size settings made the whole app look too small on some devices.
• If update check fails, the update screen now says "Couldn't check for updates" instead of wrongly saying "You're up to date".
• If a scheduled update check fails, FilePipe now retries up to 3 times over the next few minutes before waiting for the next scheduled check.
• About links open in their own window, so the browser or store no longer sits inside FilePipe in Recents.
• Play and Offline builds now show the GitHub button in About.
