Dhruv/webrel 2896/poi status page fix

Changes:

Issue: white page when we upload documents in POI page and status of POI does not pop up in responsive view.
Recreate issue :

1. On POI page select Kenya from the dropdown
2. upload the documents in mobile or tablet view
3. white blank page pops up
