Fix User: links, and include the MediaWiki User: pages? #6
Description
I skipped these initially, like the Category: pages (#1), but solved how to escape the colon in the URLs if needed.
This would fix some of the links on http://biopython.github.io/wiki/Participants and also a few redirect pages like http://biopython.github.io/wiki/Iddo_Friedberg
May need to re-examine the block list as back on MediaWiki sometimes spammers would create user pages of junk links...
