A small release: sigmoid_sensitivity now works with every model.

Changes

• sigmoid_sensitivity applies to the 3.0 models, custom 3.0 classifiers and Raven exports. Any value other than 1.0 used to raise a ValueError for them; it now shifts their scores and thresholds the same way it does for the 2.4 models. The default leaves scores unchanged, and apply_softmax=True still raises for these models. by @Josef-Haupt in #114
