Fixed

• The playground's preview follows edits again when opened from a file. Opened from file:// (as from the release zip) in Chrome or Edge, the preview showed the first render and then ignored every edit until the page was reloaded. The page reports its origin as file:// but its messages arrive with the origin null, so the preview turned down the channel its updates come through. The preview now treats the two as the same for a page opened from a file; a hosted playground still has to match exactly.
