Bridgic Agent 0.1.5

This release improves long-running task execution, Workflow compatibility, and the reliability of interruption recovery and history display.

Improvements and fixes

  • Context management and stage handoffs: Manage history and summaries separately for each Agent mode and stage. Preserve compaction results across Turns and stage switches, fixing an issue where previously compacted history expanded again in a new Turn. Calibrate compaction triggers using the active stage's usage, retain key human-interaction context such as questions, options, and answers during handoffs, and preserve previously committed summaries if compaction fails or is cancelled. (#40)
  • File reading and pagination: Fix an issue where longer file-read results were redirected to saved tool output, causing the Agent to read generated output and encounter repeated line numbers. Keep file reads inline and include the source path, actual line range, total line count, and truncation details so the Agent can continue reading the original file accurately. Complete responses are capped at 16,384 characters. (#38)
  • Execution round limits: Fix legacy user settings restricting execution to 50 rounds. Consistently apply the code-defined limit of 200 rounds per ThinkUnit invocation; this is not a limit on the entire Session or user task. (#38)
  • Legacy Workflow compatibility: Improve compatibility when importing, exporting, building, editing, and running older Workflow packages. Accept optional metadata, unused scripts, and some variations in document formatting. Preserve optional files and binary assets as raw bytes during export while retaining checks for required content, referenced scripts, and archive paths. (#39)
  • Historical Workflow recovery: Improve migration and manual recovery of Runs from the retired validation stage. Correctly settle completed Runs while preserving existing failure results. Retain the original request, execution records, usage, and duration when continuing after a pending interaction. (#39)
  • Workflow stage display: Fix stage headings moving below earlier content after confirmation replies and incorrect grouping after leaving and re-entering a Workflow. Preserve the corresponding Run's stage names, step positions, and historical sections across interruptions, restarts, and paginated history. Keep the logical Turn active while waiting for a user or child task. (#41)
  • History loading: Load foreground child task records only for calls on the current parent page, avoiding unnecessary reads and responses containing large, unrelated child histories. Preserve the existing message format for older clients. (#41)
