Release candidate for 3.7.0.

• Fix type resolution for CommonJS consumers: under moduleResolution: node16, importing the package from a CommonJS TypeScript file no longer fails with TS1479/TS1541. The package ships a CommonJS-typed copy of its declarations (lib/types-cjs) and a per-condition exports map: #538
• depthFactor={0} now renders every node at the same depth, as documented. Previously 0 fell back to the default spacing: #539
• The data-source-id and data-target-id attributes on links now hold the IDs of the rendered nodes they connect: #539
• addChildren works on leaf nodes instead of throwing: #539
• Unmounting a tree removes its D3 zoom handlers and ends an in-progress drag, so no window-level listeners stay behind: #539
• Modernised build chain (pnpm, oxfmt, oxlint, Vitest, publint and attw checks in CI). No change to the runtime output format, the compile targets, dependencies, or peerDependencies: #533, #534, #535, #536, #537
• The playground is rebuilt on Vite and React 19: #540

v3.7.0-rc.0 was staged but not published; this candidate supersedes it.
