Added

• The DreamDB snapshot's cover inventory (covers.json) now syncs with the
  manifest: verified against its sha, applied to a local display table
  before any catalog chunk, and cached so covers paint on the first frame.
  A manifest without the sidecar keeps the last good inventory; a cold
  library with no inventory shows the empty cover state, never a source
  poster.
• Hosted ads policy: units, per-format switches, caps, rollout percentage and
  a global kill switch come from one small JSON document, so ad changes no
  longer need a release. Cache-first with a 30-minute refresh, last-good
  fallback and a per-unit failure fuse.
• Inline banners in the Browse feed (after a configurable block, capped per
  session) and a player-exit interstitial that only fires after a finished
  episode — never mid-episode, never between episodes, never over a reward card.
• Settings → Advertising: an opt-in rewarded offer that hides the banner for 30
  minutes. Hidden unless the hosted policy enables it.
• App-open ads now take their cadence from the same policy: background floor,
  gap, daily cap, first-session floor and the portrait requirement. The format
  ships off by default and only the hosted policy can turn it on.

Changed

• Search's live fallback (only when the local search finds nothing) now
  maps each live hit onto its local covered title and keeps live order;
  it never adds a raw live/source row and never remembers those hits.
• Covers now come only from the DreamDB/S3 cover inventory: cards paint
  the published thumbnail, heroes require the full rendition, and a title
  with no published cover stays dormant across Browse, Categories, the
  airing calendar, Swipe, Lists, History, Continue/comeback and Activity.
  Title pages, search results and deep links only open listed titles; a
  stored source-poster URL is never painted. The lazy/backfilled AniList
  cover path and source-poster reuse are gone.
• The shell banner is now a height-capped inline banner (default 60 dp) instead
  of the sticky format, which Yandex pins at ~15% of the screen. On a
  1080×2400 phone that cuts the banner from ~360 px to ~140 px.
• Profile builds now use Yandex's demo banner unit like debug instead of
  requesting the production unit; only release builds touch real inventory.
• Windows "Update now" now updates the app in place: it downloads the
  release's setup executable, verifies its digest, closes the app and
  runs the silent installer, which reopens the new build. Any failure
  still opens the release page.

Removed

• AniList cover backfill, source poster mapping (yummy posters, Shikimori
  posters, item-page og:image) and the separate cover-takedown policy
  fetch are gone: covers are the S3 inventory only, so a title appears
  only when its cover is published there.

• Player dub preflight: the first time a title plays, a full-screen
  picker asks which dub to use (listing only dubs that episode can
  actually play), and remembers the pick as an explicit choice across
  launches. If the pick cannot open, the picker returns with the error
  and the other dubs.
• Title page: an inline "Details" facts card (status, type, season, age,
  studio, director, source and the opt-in title id), with the same list
  the overflow dialog carries and literal "unknown" placeholders hidden.
• Episode rows now carry progress copy: "Просмотрено" once finished (a
  stop within 90 seconds of the known episode length counts) and
  "Остановились на 12:34" for a mid-episode stop.
• First-launch welcome flow: a short tour, language and color-scheme
  pickers, genre taste picks, playback/download defaults and an Anixart

  skipped.
• Settings → Appearance now offers three color schemes: Paper (the warm
  default), Indigo (stock Material 3 indigo accents on neutral surfaces)

  accent). The pick persists in settings.scheme and paints the boot
  splash, welcome splash and Windows boot caption from the first frame.
• Animated Android 12+ launch: the system splash draws the launcher mark
  as an AnimatedVectorDrawable (scale-in with a star pop, 460ms) on the
  Paper surface, then hands over to a pixel-identical first Flutter
  frame before the mark fades into the boot splash. Android 11 and lower
  paint the same static mark in the launch window.
• "All N" on the title page opens a full episodes screen with the
  complete list, a sort toggle and the same visible dub picker; the inline
  strip stays a short window around the current episode.
• Player controls gain a dub menu beside quality/speed when the current
  episode has more than one playable dub.
• Browse now opens with an animated featured carousel: up to six curated
  picks, each with its own slogan, swipe/auto-rotation, and a close mark

  sidecars borrow both from the cached catalog row, and the title page's
  compact preview leaves specials and recaps out while the full page

• A remembered dub now also remembers whether the user chose it: title
  defaults, the player's own open and the resolve fallback no longer

  dub question (existing saved dubs ask once after the update).

• Player chrome: the dub control is now a bottom-left pill with the full
  current dub name (instead of an icon-only menu on the right), every
  player control glyph and shape carries a thin black outline so it stays
  readable over white frames, and the speed menu is a complete +0.25x
  ladder from 0.5x to 3.0x (1.75x, 2.25x, 2.5x and 2.75x added).

• Browse's phone headline follows local time (утро/день/вечер/ночь), the
  continue shelf has balanced vertical spacing, and the brand row is now
  bell then a visible Settings gear.

• Title page reading scale: 15px episode rows, 14px “Серии”/“Кадры” heads,
  15.5px related-title names, a 118px stills rail with 190×107 thumbs, and
  bordered press pills for “Все N” and “Порядок просмотра” instead of plain
  links.

• Type floor raised app-wide: meaningful labels and meta are at least 11px;
  only decorative stamps use 9.5px. Shared list rows read at 12.5px titles.

• Title stat cells and other normal dark cards use the muted lineStrong
  border; cream ink is reserved for the focal poster/hero/empty states.
  The fixed-viewport golden gate lives under test/goldens/.

• Lists now opens with its page identity (Caveat "твоя полка" + 25px
  "Списки"), the album banner below it and 10px tab labels; rows are the
  paper print (56×80 cover, 10.5px title, one meta line, red progress bar
  with "18 из 24", butter "N новых" pill) fed by live title counts and the
  progress store. The empty shelf adds body copy, a red "Открыть каталог"
  CTA and the mascot tape slip; the content caps at 840.

• Schedule is now one continuous rolling week: a pinned seven-cell rail
  (yesterday, today, then the next five days) whose cells jump to that
  day's section, a single continuous list with no selected-day
  switching or collapsible day cards, a paper score and one handwritten
  premiere endnote. The screen opens already scrolled to today, and the
  butter "next" fill is gone; only the pill and the enlarged dot mark
  the next slot.

• Schedule opens on "Все" by default. "Мои" now shows new episodes of
  ongoing titles that are in any of your lists (watching, planned,
  completed, on-hold or dropped), with a one-line explainer under the
  chips: "New episodes of ongoings in your lists".

• Activity uses the 25px display headline and Manrope 12 route title,
  16/24 page gutters and a 720 content cap; episode cards shrink to a
  92×58 thumb at 7px padding, the "new" stamp is straight, the settings
  circle is 26px and the peace note is a 1.5px dashed paper-2 slip. A
  zero-event digest now shows an explanatory empty card + settings action
  instead of a blank page.

• The title header now uses the mockup's compact print: a 132×190
  poster (capped at 180 wide) with one tape strip and a 20px name with no
  line cap and no ellipsis, so the full title is always readable; the
  header grows.

• The title page now uses the mockup's compact rhythm: every section head
  takes the shared 11.5/9.5 pair with the red "All N" link, stat cells are
  52px tall (radius 8, no shadow), the action row is 40px with 10px
  corners, episode number stamps are 28×28 at 11px, the watching tag is a
  pink-soft note with red-deep text, the score stamp tilts −2°, and the
  synopsis runs 13px at 1.45 line height.

• The title backdrop now paints the mockup wash (0.22 → 0.82 → paper) in
  a top band, so the blurred art stays visible behind the header instead
  of the old near-plain-paper top; the top bar no longer adds its own
  0.9 → 0 gradient and fades its title with a pre-multiplied colour alpha.

• The player chrome now clears the 10px label floor (the Up Next meta
  eyebrow grew to 10px) and long titles ellipsize instead of overflowing;
  controls, layout and playback behaviour are unchanged.

• The title page's inline episode strip now anchors one row before the
  current episode (previous first, current second) and always ends at the
  "All N" link, which opens the full list; the sort toggle moved to that
  screen.

  the in-app updater) and rustore (the store listing: same package and

  download's update flow. Every Android build/run now takes --flavor — the

  (VisualDensity.comfortable). Browse, Categories, title, downloads
  and the airing calendar now share one page gutter (16 phone / 24 wide),
  wider section gaps and bottom safe-area room on pushed pages.

• The public site at ani.place is now a warm paper zine for both apps: the
  fox mascot hosts, «место» is underlined by hand, Aniplace and Mangaplace
  live as two rooms (no tabs), and the real straight screenshots sit in a
  manga contact sheet. GitHub stays the primary download channel, RuStore is
  visible as the Android alternative, Mangaplace keeps an honest «soon» slot
  until its first public build, and the install guide remembers the chosen
  stage on refresh.

• Download buttons now show the matching Android/Windows glyph, start the
  file immediately and open the install result with «Скачивание началось.

• In Russian, the airing schedule labels episodes as "1 серия" instead of
  "E 1", with the same wording for episode ranges.

• The airing page now reads as an actual schedule: yesterday sits in a
  folded section above today, day cards carry a clock rail and a Now
  marker, and the next episode is highlighted. Browse's airing section is
  a compact next-releases board instead of another poster carousel, so it
  is obvious where ongoings are followed.

• Title pages now load their blurred backdrop and the full-screen cover
  through the same image widget, cache and fallback chain as every other
  cover, instead of a separate fetch path.

• The public site footer dropped the developer documentation link; the
  remaining columns keep the app rooms, release channels, «Что нового»
  and contact.

• Title error strips keep a proper gap below them instead of sitting flush
  against the episode list.

Fixed

• Browse's «Feed prefetch» setting now works as a real lookahead: Compact
  (9), Balanced (15) and Extended (24) keep that many blocks of drawn content
  ahead of the viewport instead of capping the feed's lifetime total, so
  scrolling deep no longer switches prefetch off (Extended used to look the
  same as Compact).
• Cover warm-ups now decode at the exact size the cards paint instead of a
  smaller tier, and the first screenful of History, Downloads, the airing
  calendar and the card album is pre-warmed once its data lands, so those
  lists open with fewer grey boxes.
• A failed episode load under a loaded title now shows one error strip
  instead of two contradictory ones ("no episodes found" beside "the source
  is screening requests").
• Browse tail placeholders now look like the cards they stand in for:
  poster-shaped covers at the shared height with a filled caption block,
  instead of wide grey slabs above a large empty band. Poster covers on
  Browse are also a touch shorter and always fill their box (wider art
  crops its sides).
• The screenshot rail now reaches all six frames on phones (the counter no
  longer sticks at 05), and the rail, file, step and choice icons sit
  centred in their boxes.
• Switching a title between personal lists no longer freezes the app: the
  counterpart lookup now indexes the library once and reuses it, instead of
  rebuilding every series group on each move, so the row switches immediately.
• Browse no longer leaves skeleton sections on screen when you stop
  scrolling: a feed pass that warms personalized picks first now asks for
  the next frame itself, instead of waiting for a gesture to drive it. Those
  sections used to fill only after you stopped swiping and swiped again.
• Coming back from the player now refreshes the title page on the spot: the
  Continue button and the highlighted episode follow what was just watched
  instead of the state from before playback.

Removed

• The debug admin and editorial screens are gone from Settings. The admin
  control room (admin/) covers the same catalog, override, editorial,
  notice, cover and stage-run work outside the app.

🌸 Что нового

• The critical update screen no longer says the app is locked: it now
  explains that the new version has incompatible changes and that an update
  is needed, under the same calm update icon as the normal prompt.
• The update dialog got a cleaner layout: an update badge, full-width
  buttons, and a tappable "Don't show again" row, so the long Russian label
  wraps neatly instead of being squeezed between two buttons.
• The "Similar" row on a title page now actually lands on a cold library:
  its background scan was spending one row per frame after the recent
  smoothness fix, so it took minutes instead of seconds. The page stays
  exactly as smooth; the row just fills in.
• When the main catalog host is unreachable and no saved episode list exists,
  title pages now try the HTML copy at yummyanime.tv: it searches by the
  title's names, reads the title page, and plays the same episodes through
  its Kodik embed. Those rows live only in memory for that session and never
  replace a successful live fetch.

Исправление воспроизведения Kodik. Если открытие затянулось и видео
всё-таки пошло после срабатывания 10-секундного watchdog, панель
«Не удалось воспроизвести» больше не остаётся поверх картинки: она
исчезает при первом реальном прогрессе, и досмотр не нужно начинать
заново. Настоящая ошибка по-прежнему показывает Retry.

Aniplace 1.18.4 — важное обновление

update-animedream: 1.18.4 important

Важное, но не обязательное обновление Aniplace. Можно нажать «Позже» и
продолжить пользоваться текущей версией: приложение не блокируется.

Этот релиз заметно легче: из APK убраны баннеры со splash-экрана, а
релизная сборка теперь содержит только ARM-библиотеки и хранит нативные
библиотеки в сжатом виде — 38,8 МиБ вместо 136,7 МиБ. Установка может
занять на несколько секунд больше, первый запуск не меняется. APK
подписан тем же сертификатом и подходит для обновления и распространения
через RuStore.

  и Windows работают как раньше.
• Важные обновления показывают «Позже», но без пункта «Больше не
  показывать»: предложение вернётся при следующем запуске, однако
  приложение не блокируется. Начиная с 1.18.4.

Совместимость: если вы обновляетесь с версии 1.18.3 или старше, диалог уже
установленной версии покажет старый пункт «Больше не показывать» — эта
сборка ещё не знает новый флаг. После установки 1.18.4 важные обновления
показываются без него.

Aniplace 1.18.2 — критическое обновление

update-animedream: 1.18.2 critical

Критическое обновление Aniplace: при запуске приложение покажет
полноэкранное окно обновления и продолжит работу только после установки
1.18.2. Нажмите «Обновить сейчас» — с этой версии на Android приложение
сделает всё само: скачает apk с полосой прогресса, проверит контрольную
сумму и запустит системный установщик. Если установка программ
включена не была, приложение откроет нужную страницу разрешений и
продолжит после возвращения. Windows по-прежнему обновляется через эту
страницу — самообновление там планируется.

🌸 Что нового

• «Обновить сейчас» обновляет само (Android, прямые установки): загрузка
  прямо в приложении с прогрессом, файл проверяется по опубликованной
  контрольной сумме, дальше управление берёт системный установщик —
  обходить сайты и ставить apk руками больше не нужно. Установкам из
  магазина (например, RuStore) «Обновить сейчас» открывает страницу
  приложения в этом магазине — обновляет магазин.
• Медленные CDN больше не держат первые кадры: если источник отдает
  лучшее качество за несколько секунд, плеер запоминает это по хосту;
  запуск на нём теперь начинается с самого низкого качества, а пауза
  тихо поднимает до лучшего, не сбивая позицию и не теряя кадр.

Первый публичный выпуск: каталог аниме и дунхуа, поиск и фильтры, списки
просмотра, персональные подборки и рекомендации, выбор озвучки карточками
(сегментный переключатель Auto | kodik | alloha), офлайн-списки серий,
продолжение просмотра и ночная тема.

🛠 Что починили до релиза

• Alloha-воспроизведение починено целиком: локальный прокси отдаёт поток в
  том формате, какой выдаёт источник, — кадры стартуют, перемотка работает,
  «вечная загрузка» исчезла; запуск Alloha на Android снова работает.
• Длинные серии переживают минутный срок жизни токена источника: посреди
  просмотра плеер тихо переподнимает страницу источника и продолжает с той же
  секунды.
• Долгие паузы больше не «морят» alloha-поток: один тихий ре-наблюдатель за
  паузу меняет входы без перезапуска видео и не теряется при совпадении со
  служебным касанием.
• Мёртвый источник больше не висит: плеер пробует альтернативный формат,
  помнит мёртвые источники и честно логирует причины в журнал диагноза.
• Список серий больше не исчезает при сбое источника: последние 64 открытых
  тайтла хранят эпизоды локально — офлайн-полоса «показаны сохранённые серии».
• Продолжение просмотра не сбивается на «коротких» HLS-манифестах;
  качество строго ручное, автопонижения убраны.
