关于"未验证"：新模型按 delta（设备无关的物理量） 设计，用有级鼠标与无级鼠标的
两组实测数据对拍过（同手速下总行程差 1.02 倍），但作者手上没有无级滚轮，没能实机验证。
如果你的无级滚轮或触控板用起来不对，可以用 DEV 版跑一次并回传记录，见下方说明。

About "unverified": the new model is built on deltas (a device-independent physical
quantity) and was cross-checked with two sets of measured data — a notched mouse and a
free-spinning wheel — differing by 1.02x in total travel at the same hand speed. But the author
has no free-spinning wheel, so it could not be tested on real hardware. If your free-spinning
wheel or touchpad does not behave, run the DEV build once and send the record back (below).

+ DEV build (reaper_smoothwheelscroll-x64-DEV.dll) records the last ~50 wheel messages next to the DLL
