Multi-level menus and clickable sub-menus

New:

• Sub-menu items with a command can now be clicked to execute it while still opening their children on hover
• Multi-level menus, up to 4 rings deep

Bugs:
Fixed "+ Add" in editor now correctly adds a child when a folder is selected
Editor list now shows nested items at all depths (previously only showed 2 levels)
