[JOB] Seeking RoR Freelancer for an Established Financial Startup

5 year old financial services start-up monitoring just over $50bn seeking a new freelance programmer. Program is past V1.0, but needs occasional bug fixes and system enhancements.

Program was developed by Ikayzo in 2009-2010, and then was shopped out to freelance programmers to maintain the program and add enhancements. 5-15 hours a month, with the possibility for more hours if necessary.

Must have experience with:

  • Ruby on Rails (3.2 and above), experience with background jobs (delayed_job), Javascript and jQuery.
  • Must also have experience with Heroku, Postgres and SQL, and large databases on Postgres.
  • Educational background and/or experience in finance, ideally the financial services industry.

Wage rate: $75/hr
