What went well?

• We finished the project on time and met our deadlines. Every member of the group contributed.
• Each person did their jobs on time.
• Team members helped each other with challenges and took time to show each other the correct way.

What went wrong?

• Learning took more than expected, started implementation a bit late.
• We should have met with TA earlier.
• We should have created more frequent deadlines for smaller tasks.

Actions

• Putting more frequent deadlines.
• Being more systematic to be more efficient in terms of time.
• Arranging more meetings with the TA.
