Rename excludeItems config setting back to excludeApps, as apps are the only thing that makes sense to exclude at the moment.

If you want to exclude other items, just don't add them. Excluding items provided by Conzo itself can't be excluded, but there is not yet really a need for it, as there aren't much yet.
