Upgrade to Python 3.14 and Pydantic v2
- Updated Python version requirement from >=3.7 to >=3.10
- Added Python 3.12, 3.13, 3.14 to classifiers
- Upgraded pydantic from 1.10.x to >=2.0
- Migrated Config class to model_config with ConfigDict
- Removed smart_union (deprecated in Pydantic v2)
- Updated TypeGuard import to use typing directly (Python 3.10+)
- Changed state.dict() to state.model_dump() in tests
- Regenerated all requirements files with updated dependencies
- All tests, linting, and type checking pass
