🚀 Major overhaul: user-friendly commands, auto-install, and Obsidian integration
BREAKING CHANGES — All commands renamed with /wiki- prefix:
/setup-wiki → /wiki-setup
/ingest-source → /wiki-ingest
/query-wiki → /wiki-query
/generate-insights → /wiki-insights
/health-check → /wiki-health
/update-index → /wiki-update
New features:
- Every command now shows a "Next step" guide pointing to the next
command in the workflow, so users always know what to do next - /wiki-setup auto-detects OS (macOS/Linux/Windows) and installs
all dependencies automatically — Homebrew, Node.js, qmd — no
manual steps required - /wiki-setup auto-ingests unprocessed files found in raw/ folder
- /wiki-setup offers optional Obsidian installation with guided
walkthrough for visual wiki browsing (graph view, backlinks, search) - README completely rewritten for non-technical users with plain
language, quick-start guide, and concrete examples
Guided workflow order:
/wiki-setup → /wiki-ingest → /wiki-query → /wiki-insights → /wiki-health → /wiki-update
